1How old are the students on the tour?
All students are between the ages of 14 – 18 years. Sometimes we will accept younger or older students, but this is only on exception. Older students must also comply with the code of practice for students under the age of 18.
2Can all international students go on the tours?
Yes, all international students can go on tour and sometimes kiwis go on the tour as well.
3Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do! We offer discounts if you book early and/or online. For more details please see the Deals & Specials for single tours.
4What’s included in the price of the International Student Tours?
Coach, accommodation, supervision and many iconic NZ sights as shown under "Included in tour price" on each tour itinerary. Meals as per each individual tour itinerary.
5What can I do if I don’t book any extra activities?
Depending on the location your tour manager will offer alternative activities (e. g. walking tracks, indoor climbing, hot pools, museum visits and many more). Therefore we recommend you bring some pocket money to pay for admission fees. Don’t forget to present your NZ Student-ID card for student discounts. Seize the day and get to know your travel fellows, read a book, play card games or even rugby with your mates. Always remember your time in New Zealand is too precious to be bored.
6Do we have to book activities before the tour starts?
We recommend that you do book at the time you are completing the tour booking, because all activities can only take so many people and you don’t want to miss out.
7When do I have to pay for the tour?
Payment is due within 7 days of booking the tour and/or activities. For late enrolments or additional activity bookings we need to receive payment two weeks before the tour start at the latest.
8Can I use my credit card to pay for my tour?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
9When do I have to give the parents permission form back?
At the latest you need to return the parents permission form two weeks before the tours start.
10When will I expect to receive my itinerary?
About 1-2 weeks before the tour start date.
11How to book our tours?
You can book any tour by phone, email or online. Whichever way you prefer just let us know as soon as possible to guarantee a seat for you. However online bookings are preferred.
