Payment and Booking Conditions
Payment Options
Payment is really easy - you can either pay via bank transfer, credit card or cash (if students are based in Nelson).
Bank Transfer
If you want to pay by bank transfer, you’ll get an email with our bank details. Please note that your home bank as well as our bank in New Zealand may charge fees for an international bank transfer, which you would have to cover.
Credit Card
When you book the tour, you will have the option to pay via credit card straight away over a secure payment portal. Please note that credit card payments incur a fee of 3.5% which will be added automatically when you choose this payment option.
Cash (if in Nelson)
You may wish to pay in cash. Students can drop into our office to pay. However, we do not recommend this option as it involves handling large amounts of money, and there may be issues with carrying cash (withdrawal limits at ATMs etc).
Please note that there is a booking fee of 1.75%. This will be added automatically to your booking total when completing the booking online. This is regardless of the payment method.

Early Bird Special NZ$50

'Bring a Friend' special NZ$50
On selected tours only.
If the student knows someone who wants to travel during school holidays and tells them about our tours, he or she can get an activity voucher of NZ$50 for each friend. Just make sure the friend mentions the student’s name on the booking form to be eligible for the voucher.*
*The voucher can be used to pre-book activities or activity bookings on tour.
